Silk Route Cafe officially opened in the summer of 2026 at the Alaska State Office Building in Juneau, Alaska.

Our menu includes a fusion of Central Asian and Mexican dishes. Our food is inspired by ancient cultures and rooted in traditional recipes which originate from the Hindu Kush,  Karakoram, and Jalisco regions of Central Asia and Mexico.

Enjoy our full-service Espresso Bar where we serve house-made pastries made fresh daily, our in-house blends for golden lattes, masala chai, and mushroom coffee. We use locally roasted beans provided to us by Coppa Coffee, roasted weekly fresh here in Juneau. 

At the Snack Bar, we serve delicious rice bowls, soups, wraps, salads, burgers, fries, all served with our house made sauces and tossed in our personal blends of
spices.
